Hotel Arcadia - Rome

The location of this hotel was convenient for transportation to Anagnina bus stop, only a short walk away. there is a supermarket nearby to buy snacks. the rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfactory with decent options. the surrounding view is quite pleasant.

The hotel's distance to the city may be inconvenient for some who want to be close to Trevi Fountain.

Very far from the city center, rooms not so clean, very old furniture, very simple breakfast. Poor hotel. don't recomand to stay here.

Bad location. If you arrive late it is impossible to get there by bus. Only by taxi. As well I didn't like the breakfast - choice of food was poor and the facilities were not very clean.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was close to the main attractions, just a short bus ride away. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of options.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. The shower was small and the water pressure was not great. Also, the noise level was high and it was difficult to get a good night's rest.

Very close to Ciampino airport, good spacious room, price adequate.Very good if you have a car and need to stop for a night after or before your flight, otherwise not recommend (far from city center, nowhere to go nearby except small pizza bar).

The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful reception staff who are always willing to assist. Additionally, the hotel's location near the reception area and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby make it incredibly convenient for guests. The breakfast included in the stay is also a bonus, providing a good start to the day.

Fairly good ease of access to Rome

Both nights it was extremely noisy. so noisy, in fact, that I doubt that I will ever stay there again. The noise of guests was an overriding negative factor and the management did nothing to stop the excessive noise.

Hotel is good and shuttle service is on time. Pizza shop is near by . Good to stay for here.

Hotel is good. ..bur few facilities not much good. Hand shower is not there ..its difficult to take bath for kids. One lift sensor is not working .one of our other room not having lock for bathroom . Please improve these small issues.

We enjoyed the convenience of this hotel's location with transportation options being easily accessible. It was only a short walk to the bus stop which brought us to Anagnina bus stop in just 10 minutes, making it quick to get to the city center. there was a supermarket right next to the hotel which was an added convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially near the reception area, was excellent too and it was easy to see that the staff worked hard to maintain it.
